Our goal is to build relationships with all of our stakeholders – employees, customers, suppliers,
Shareholders, and regulators – based on honesty, trust and respect. Ethics is based on standards and principles of behaviour endorsed, supported, and practiced by all of our managers and employees around the world.
The purpose of this Code is to formalize the fundamental ethical principles of Prix so that
Everyone can refer to it and conform to it all circumstances. The goal is to build and maintain a
Culture within PRIX that does the right thing day in and day out.
Ther standars are not intended to be exhaustive but rather represent essential reference points for
all Prix employees and partners.
It is everyone’s responsibility to abide by and practice these standards on a daily basic . thereby
Maintaining and enhancing PRIX’s global reputation as a trustworthy partner.
Fundamental Human Rights
PRIX abides by the international Labor Organization conventions regarding the protection of workers and the ban on forced labor and child labor. PRIX requires it suppliers to do the same.

PRIX does not tolerate any form of moral or sexual harassment and prohibits any behaviour likely to create an intimidating , hostile or offensive worl environment.

PRIX has enacted and Environment, Health and Safety Policy, continually monitors its application and asks that all its suppliers and contrctors operating on PRIX sites exercise the same vigilance.
PRIX ‘s focus is on the continual improvement of the environmental performance of our factories. In particular, PRIX strives to minimize the impacts of its operations.
When designing and manufacturing its products , PRIX continually strives to utilize innovative technical solutions to minimize the impact on the environment.
